- ISB Aims to Develop Future Technology through Android -
ISB Corporation has been developing software related to mobile phones for many years, based on a management philosophy of "Outstanding Technology and Services". We believe Android will use our abundant experience and know how and will be the best and most attractive platform to proceed to a new stage. We will also engage in Android related development such as OS porting, various device creation and middleware development by leveraging our experience and technology cultivated from iTron and Linux development.
As well as mobile phones, we see the potential for using Android in the other embedded devices, which would be a key driver for expanding our work in the embedded field (domestic appliances, broadcasting etc.) and a means of increasing new work for us.
In order to maximize the open features of Android, we will maximize the use of ISB Vietnam's development base, with application development in Vietnam and the embedded field in Japan, and offer the best one-stop development system.

ISB supports verification and testing on hardware running Android applications. Applications can be developed more effectively on real terminals or reference boards (to which Android has been ported), rather than a PC emulator.

RFID Active Tracking System
ISB Vietnam has developed a system that tracks a motorcycle with an RFID tag and its route by using an Android terminal to analyze the location information sent from the center. This system is intended to meet a need for a countermeasure against motorcycle theft in Vietnam, where motorcycles are in very high demand. |
